This means not only providing an employee with complete education or learning, but also providing an employee with longer-term opportunities for continuous learning, such as through coaching, job rotation, and continuing growth of their career within the organization.

Direct employee development laws do not exist in India. Still, some development initiatives can be aligned with your company’s learning and development (L&D) policies, programs for skills improvement, and any government-funded skill development programs that apply.
