Form 12C
Meaning & Definition
A declaration form used by employees to disclose their additional income (other than their salary) to their employer for the correct computation of TDS is Form 12C. Therefore, this form contains a record of any income, such as interest or rental, from which the employer will deduct the correct amount of tax from the employee’s salary.
