The Form 8832 is a tax return utilised by US companies to elect the manner in which they would like to be categorised under federal income tax regulations (e.g., as an LLC, C Corp, or S Corp). This is submitted to the IRS and provides several tax benefits. However, due to the fact that this form is not applicable to the tax laws of India, it will not give rise to any tax obligations in that country.
