In India, employers shall have anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, grievance redress, and workplace harassment policies. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) deals with sexual harassment and the obligations of the employer, and not all interpersonal conflicts and non-support for each other between women are sexual harassment.
