Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of HRMS/ERP software for clients.
  • Support data uploads, system setup, and configuration of attendance, leave, payroll, and company policies.
  • Understand client requirements and help map them into the software system.
  • Provide support to clients through email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings.
  • Assist in resolving client queries and production support issues during implementation.
  • Learn and support statutory compliance processes such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and payroll-related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and prepare reports as required.
  • Develop strong knowledge of HR, payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed BCA, MCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR/IT) or related degree.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of HR, payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn HRMS software implementation and client handling.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HR Software, Payroll, ERP, or Time Office systems.
  • Understanding of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and work in a team environment.
