Inclusion within HR includes establishing an organization where all workers feel appreciated, treated equally, and valued irrespective of their backgrounds, gender, age, or physical capabilities. The aim is to establish an organizational climate that allows for diversity in the sense that people from different walks of life are involved in decision-making.

Applicable Regulations & Policies
The concept of inclusion can be facilitated through some Indian laws, which include the following:
- Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 (gives equal remuneration for doing the same job)
- Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (ensures rights of disabled employees)
- Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (provides safety at the workplace)
Employers should make certain policies for their employees to make sure there is equality and safety in the workplace.
