Sales Executive – IT / HRMS

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT sales to join our team. Candidates with a background in HRMS industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Present and demo our software/HRMS solutions to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product team for client onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the full sales cycle

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience in HRMS / SaaS sales is preferred
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
