About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for our HR & Payroll software solutions across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive business growth through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Contact potential clients via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and existing customers
- Demonstrate software, send proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Track all appointments, sales activity, complaints, and status reports
- Report and document all sales activities accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (non-negotiable)
- Experience in IT/Software/HR Software sales, in India and/or abroad
- Experience in HR, Payroll, or ERP software sales preferred
- Strong customer prospecting and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good time management and planning skills
