About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for our HR & Payroll software solutions across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive business growth through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Contact potential clients via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and existing customers
  • Demonstrate software, send proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Track all appointments, sales activity, complaints, and status reports
  • Report and document all sales activities accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in IT/Software/HR Software sales, in India and/or abroad
  • Experience in HR, Payroll, or ERP software sales preferred
  • Strong customer prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good time management and planning skills
