We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT sales to join our team. Candidates with a background in HRMS industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Present and demo our software/HRMS solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and product team for client onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
- Follow up with prospects and manage the full sales cycle
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales
- Experience in HRMS / SaaS sales is preferred
- Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
