Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of HRMS/ERP software for clients.
- Support data uploads, system setup, and configuration of attendance, leave, payroll, and company policies.
- Understand client requirements and help map them into the software system.
- Provide support to clients through email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Assist in resolving client queries and production support issues during implementation.
- Learn and support statutory compliance processes such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain implementation documentation and prepare reports as required.
- Develop strong knowledge of HR, payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed BCA, MCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR/IT) or related degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of HR, payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn HRMS software implementation and client handling.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR Software, Payroll, ERP, or Time Office systems.
- Understanding of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and work in a team environment.
