Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) refers to any business that is 51% owned, operated, and controlled by individuals who belong to any of the recognized minority groups. This term is mainly used for purposes of diversity, equality, and inclusion. In Human Resources and business management terms, MBEs assist in promoting supplier diversity and inclusive economic development.
