Gender Balance Index is a tool that is used to measure gender equality within the government as well as among the workforce. It evaluates the degree to which men and women participate in leadership, employment and in making decisions. By evaluating these measures, the gender balance index enables organisations and authorities to achieve a greater balance and inclusiveness within the workforce.
