Electronic circulars (e-Circulars)​​ are electronic notices or official communications shared in an electronic format throughout an organization. e-Circulars are used to communicate with employees regarding new policies, updates, announcements, or other significant information through emails, an intranet, or a HRMS. These forms of communication provide an efficient method for organizations to communicate important information to all employees in a timely and consistent manner.
