The Employee Net Promoter Score or eNPS is a way of measuring how satisfied and engaged employees are with their jobs. It comes from the question, “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to refer this organization as a good place to work?” This number can be used to give organizations insights into their employee engagement levels and how their workplace culture is perceived by employees.
