We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to investigate and resolve production issues, troubleshoot customer queries, support integrations, and contribute to maintaining reliable software operations.

Responsibilities

  • At least one year of experience in software development, technical support, or QA.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues or customer-reported queries.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors and suggest improvements.
  • Develop scripts to verify end-to-end integration operations.
  • Implement and execute data imports/exports for customers.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering field.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive in contributing to organizational success.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
