We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer to implement HR Software/ERP solutions, understand client requirements, configure HR and payroll processes, and provide effective client support during implementation.
Position Details
- Position: Sr. Implementation Engineer / Implementation Engineer
- Position Type: Permanent
- Qualification: Any IT Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Location: Noida, Sector 63
Responsibilities
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good working experience in implementation of HR Software/ERP.
- Good working knowledge of Attendance, Leave, and Payroll TDS Management.
- Good working knowledge of data upload and configuration of policies and rules.
- Ability to understand client requirements and policies and implement them in the software.
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, phone, and other mediums.
- Experience with statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, ESIC, LWP, Professional Tax, etc.
- Resolve production support issues efficiently during the implementation phase.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Experience in HR Software, Payroll, or Time Office is preferred.
