Form 26QB is used as both a challan and a statement for property buyers to submit their TDS amount through its payment. The use of the form is conditional upon the purchase price of the property being above a specific amount (the amount is established by the respective state government). Properly submitting this form ensures that the correct amount of tax is deducted and tracked from the purchase price of real estate transactions.
