The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is an organization’s unique value system made up of the totality of all compensation, benefits, career advancement opportunities, culture, and environment which are offered to attract and keep employees. It defines why an employee will decide to join and remain employed with an organization. A strong EVP contains compensation, career advancement, workplace culture, and employee experience to create an attractive employer brand.
