Responsibilities:

• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good working experience of Implementation of HR Software/ERP.
• Good working knowledge of Attendance, Leave and payroll TDS Management.
• Good working knowledge of data upload, configuration of policies and rules.
• Ability to understand the client’s requirements and policies to implement in software.
• Communicating with clients via email, chat, phone and other mediums.
• Experience of Statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESIC, LWP, Professional Tax etc.).
• Resolved production support issues efficiently during the implementation phase.
• Strong time management & planning skills.
• Experience in HR Software/Payroll/Time Office preferred.
